Pimple or Hsv1 ?

so i recently got a std screening last week & they gave me azithromycin antibiotics for any untreated infection i had. 2-3 days ago right side of my face/jaw started to feel numb & tingly so i went to urgent care last night and said it could be a reaction to the medicine or a nutrition deficiency to cause my nerves to freak out since i am underweight. the next morning i woke up with this on my face it had a little crust so i wiped it off & it popped like a pimple. im freaking out cause i really dont what this is!
