    Hi to Me it looks like a smal cist is there nowhere you can go for free like your local GUM clinic hope you get this sorted.

    Hi if you cut it when you were a child it might just be a bit of scar tissue and nothing to worry about it's always best to get it checked out to put your mind at rest when you can afford to, I really do hope you get it sorted mate.

      Hi. Thank you for replying, do you think it is a kist or fordyce spot? i masterbayting with my spit, it is a reason for this?

      Hi I can't see it being a fordyce spot on the head like that I might be wrong wait and see what some of the other guys say.
