Pimples between genitals and belly button (pictures)

Hello,

I've just noticed pimples between my genitals and my belly button. (where my underwear end). They are red, not doulourous. Do you know what's that?

    its molluscum. theyre harmless but frustrating. avoid skin to skin contact and sharing towels. you can go to a doctor to get them removed. you can even try drying them out by applying vinegar throughout the day and pulling out the middle part once they are dried up.

    UPDATE:

    1. I went to a STD clinic yesterday, they taught it was herpes but they were not sure. I have no pain for 2 days and no pus coming out.

    2. I went to the doctor today, he taught it was Genital Warps, but he was not sure.

      He have me Cryotherapy, and I'll have to come back tomorrow. Cryotherapy should destroy Warps and Molloscum. So I should be alright.?

    Here a picture taken today 4 hours after the Cryotherapy. (approximately 40 hours after I've found it on my body).
