Pinching on left side of chest.

Let me start by saying that I am 23 years old, 5'2 and weigh 100lbs. I am slightly underweight and really out of shape, I don't work out at all. I suffer from panic and anxiety and depression.

With that being said, I've been having this horrible pinching on the left side of my chest. It will be really bad for about 5 mins, w a pinch every like 30 seconds, then go off and come back in half hour or sooner or later. This started yesterday around 3pm then was off until later that night maybe 1am. That's when it got really bad so I went to sleep to avoid this horrible feeling. Today it's been off and on all day long. I'm really scared that this may be something life threatening. I've had an EKG, echo, holter for 24 hrs, chesst xray about 3 months ago when my anxiety was really bad and all was normal. I failed to complete the stress test however bc I started to panic and felt out of breathe. As far as other symptoms, I do feel a bit out of it sometimes when I get the pinching, this can be due to me panicking over it though.

Thoughts? Should I go back to the doctors?

I've been feeling that sort of on & off pinching pain In left side of chest. I think I've had it before but I'm kinda nervous as I've recently found out about an old blood clot has reappeared in left arm & Dr thinks I have symptoms of Pulmonary embolism as Well but doesn't want to do a scan for fear of hurting my newly found out about baby. I've been put on lovenox for clots 2xs daily & I've recently visited my heart Dr. I have an echocardiogram scheduled for next Wed because of the clots. My history is born with heart murmur, out grew it but now I've got mitral valve prolapse, had an ablation in '14 for SVT due to extreme stress & low magnesium. I hope you're doing your best. I'm trying to take 1day at a time as it's only myself & my 12 y.o son home & I dont wanna jump the gun & overreact, go to ER & leave him here alone until I'm back home after the visit as he's stated he'd rather stay home if I must go. *Hoping for the best*

Im 36 almost 37. Had 2 kids and i think gaining anxiety symptoms. I depend on the Lord for his peace but my body is still doing funky things. I have been pretty healthy up til January 14 2018. Trying to figure out whats going on inside my body. I just lost my 53 yr old sister so not sure if anxiety going on. I read comments on here and most of my symptoms happen around my monthly cycle too. Had chest pressure while getting ekg and on heart monitor. Had stress test, cat scan, xrays. Found nothing but a healthy heart. Bp is decent, heart rate good. I feel good besides these odd things going on. I dont feel tired or lightheaded either. I am going to try to get in to a cardiologist anyays. Hope things work out ith us
