Pkr to tkr Scared and beside myself

made apt today with new surgeon as previous one retired . my pkr is not right . fairly certain it has loosened and/ or shifted. pain and some swelling . i banged it last week hard while getting off a kiddy ride at a fair. seriously could that have moved it ?

only 3 years since replacement.

im just sick over this . can not even imagine going through this again and worse with a total from what you all say . plus all the time out of work its just not possible.

please anyone been through similar help.

    Hi Debbie I can't sit on the floor any more it's too uncomfortable I can kneel with a cushion under my knees but it's a small price to pay to be pain free. It's great to be able to walk up and down stairs now I'm not saying I'm perfect but compared to before the ops have a quality of life again. Both my knees are still healing so since it's only 4+ months since my second and although it's 16 months since my first when I was having my recent knee done surgeon reopened left one again to remove prepatella bursitis so really am back to square one with that one. My grandchildren are 9 & 14 but one of them has autism so keeps me busy. Good luck x
