Please help!

I started on the tablets 10 days ago and no weight loss?

I really dont know what I am doing, all I was told was not to eat any foods which contained more than 5g of fat in 100g?

I have stuck to that, which has not been easy and upped my water intake.

I luckily have had no side effects.

Can anyone shed a light on it all for me please?

    Hello

Some people lose weight slower than others. You have only just started so please give it a few more weeks it WILL work.

    No more than 5g per 100g 15g a meal and 45g a day.

    They worked for me

You have to limit your calories too, you could eat everything below 5% fat but you could still keep the weight if you eat enough of it. Try reducing your calorie intake a little and be patient, staying the same is better than putting it on smile

    Thank you.

How many calories should my daily intake be. I am 5ft 1 and weigh 12'8?

I'm 5'4 and on 1200 a day, with a max of 1300. So you'd probably be best with something similar hun.

I use myfitnesspal to plan my meals and it counts calories for you smile

Oh thabks for that. Will take at look at my fitness pal. What types of food do you eat? I am struggling a little and eating same all the time.

I tend to stay away from processed food, and use frylight instead of oil for frying.

For breakfast I'll have yoghurt or special k, lunch is usually what I've had for tea the night before with some salad, no eggs, weightwatchers range is quite good if I do have a craving, solero exotics (my absolute fave) are within the fat rules too wink

Frozen yoghurt is ace, yoomoo strawberry is so tasty!

There are thousands of low fat recipes online, as long as you stick to healthy portion sizes (weigh them so you don't feel tempted to eyeball it, I've found that I underestimate by a half) and unprocessed food you'll be fine. Sometimes I do treat myself to a fish finger butty if I want something easier though :p

Just try to make a meal plan then it'll be easier to stick to because you won't have to worry about what to make!

Sorry for the super long post!

Thats great, thank you so much for the ideas, will start doing my research!

Have you experienced the orange oil yet? It really worries me

You won't get orange oil if you eat the right foods the only ones who get that are the ones who won't change their lifestyle and continue to eat junk

I've never had any side effects other than I seem to burp quite a lot after taking a pill haha!

If you're ever unsure when making a meal you can put the ingredients into myfitnesspal and it tells you the fat content, it even has a barcode scanner so if you're having something that doesn't have nutritional info on it it'll tell you smile you can still have things like spag bol or stir fry, as long as you use frylight smile
