Please help! Going out of my mind what this could be...

I was having stomach pain about two weeks ago and got admitted to hospital because of it. They found no reason for the pain after an ultrasound and endoscopy of my stomach.
I also had dirrahea for a couple of days and then nothing for about 5 days (went to the bathroom and pooped fine) went another few days and had a small amount of blood when I wiped now a week later I done another poo and I haven't stopped bleeding for about 4 hours! The toilet paper was soaked and I had a shower and cleaned myself up but was quickly recovered in blood.
I know I should go to the hospital but could it be something as simple as piles or a anal fissure? I don't understand why I have had the stomach pain, on off dirrahea then constipation and no explanation from the doctors except "maybe" gastritis.
It's such an awkward thing to talk about so I would just like some reassurance from someone online!
Please and thanks in advance.

I've had three colonoscopys over the years and always before having them I've been given moviprep sometimes it's been a couple of hours before I've had a bowell movement but always worked well

Thank you! Haven't pooped now for 8 days and for some reason I am getting heart palpitations or it seems like my heart is skipping a beat. Hope it's just me over reacting but I'm really ready for this colonoscopy. I'll let you know how I get on

So uncomfortable and I'm so bloated I'm assuming it's all going to come out when I do the colonoscopy prep but I'm worried about all the toxins that might be floating around and not coming out!
I am in Australia. Are you in the U.K.?

Oh you are a very long way away from me. Yes I'm uk, yes I will let you know the outcome . You will get your results when you have a colonoscopy they aren't that bad and then you will know what you are dealing with try not to worry though, I know it's hard not to when you feel so ill isn't it. I'm guessing your quite young. X

Long way for sure! And yes I guess I'm young haha I am 25
I'm definitely trying not to worry I just had a bad year last year. Got lots of kidney infections and UTIS and had to see a urologist but they couldn't find an underlying cause for the amount of infections I was getting, just after I finished see a urologist for 6 months, I went to the doctor because I had constant headaches and was lactating and they found a small benign tumour on my pituitary gland. Saw an endocrinologist for 6 months (not a nice one either) and then they decided my symptoms weren't that great and it was an incidental finding so they weren't going to check up on that anymore anddddd now we are hear, had a good break for 6 months from all the health worries but I just feel this is another thing that will get brushed aside and a true cause never found
Sorry for the ramble but that's where my stress about this comes from, that a cause is never found or just brushed off as nothing.

Awww you are not rambling. And of course your going to worry everyone does really, and it is hard to put into perspective I've had loads of health problems myself over the years and I'm 60 in 2 weeks. It's taken me almost 60 years to realise that worrying doesn't make things better though, not that I've ever had any anxiety issues. But I do know that negetive thoughts can really play havoc on your body sometimes escalating symptoms. It's best to get one thing sorted at a time then go on from there . I hope when you get your colonoscopy you will feel better when get results. You can post to me anytime. A problem shared is sometimes a problem halved x
