Please help! Going out of my mind what this could be...

Posted , 5 users are following.

I was having stomach pain about two weeks ago and got admitted to hospital because of it. They found no reason for the pain after an ultrasound and endoscopy of my stomach.

I also had dirrahea for a couple of days and then nothing for about 5 days (went to the bathroom and pooped fine) went another few days and had a small amount of blood when I wiped now a week later I done another poo and I haven't stopped bleeding for about 4 hours! The toilet paper was soaked and I had a shower and cleaned myself up but was quickly recovered in blood.

I know I should go to the hospital but could it be something as simple as piles or a anal fissure? I don't understand why I have had the stomach pain, on off dirrahea then constipation and no explanation from the doctors except "maybe" gastritis.

It's such an awkward thing to talk about so I would just like some reassurance from someone online!

Please and thanks in advance.

I've had three colonoscopys over the years and always before having them I've been given moviprep sometimes it's been a couple of hours before I've had a bowell movement but always worked well

I have decided to go get the colonoscopy because I am still not pooping after all these laxatives

I have the stuff for prep and hopefully that will clear me out! Nervous for the colonoscopy moreso than the prep but

Oh you are a very long way away from me. Yes I'm uk, yes I will let you know the outcome . You will get your results when you have a colonoscopy they aren't that bad and then you will know what you are dealing with try not to worry though, I know it's hard not to when you feel so ill isn't it. I'm guessing your quite young. X

Sorry for the ramble but that's where my stress about this comes from, that a cause is never found or just brushed off as nothing.

Awww you are not rambling. And of course your going to worry everyone does really, and it is hard to put into perspective I've had loads of health problems myself over the years and I'm 60 in 2 weeks. It's taken me almost 60 years to realise that worrying doesn't make things better though, not that I've ever had any anxiety issues. But I do know that negetive thoughts can really play havoc on your body sometimes escalating symptoms. It's best to get one thing sorted at a time then go on from there . I hope when you get your colonoscopy you will feel better when get results. You can post to me anytime. A problem shared is sometimes a problem halved x
