Please help! Going out of my mind what this could be...

I was having stomach pain about two weeks ago and got admitted to hospital because of it. They found no reason for the pain after an ultrasound and endoscopy of my stomach.
I also had dirrahea for a couple of days and then nothing for about 5 days (went to the bathroom and pooped fine) went another few days and had a small amount of blood when I wiped now a week later I done another poo and I haven't stopped bleeding for about 4 hours! The toilet paper was soaked and I had a shower and cleaned myself up but was quickly recovered in blood.
I know I should go to the hospital but could it be something as simple as piles or a anal fissure? I don't understand why I have had the stomach pain, on off dirrahea then constipation and no explanation from the doctors except "maybe" gastritis.
It's such an awkward thing to talk about so I would just like some reassurance from someone online!
Please and thanks in advance.

I'm actually not too well after my colonoscopy. It's like it made the pain worse, eating is painful l, under my ribs it feels like I've done a massive workout, even pressing on my stomach is painful... the pain was there before the scope but not like this

Oh I'm glad it's not just me. I thought I was going crazy because it's not supposed to be painful! Even after the scope I had a bit of pain but then that nurse left before I was discharged and i didn't tell the other nurse so I got dressed went to the bathroom etc and went back to sit on my bed to wait for the gastro to come back and the pain slowly got worse until I was crying and another nurse came in to check on me. She said my blood pressure was fine but I don't think it was... jus before I got dressed it about 100/70 and then when they checked it was up to 130 so I was obviously panicking haha. But the gastro said it was fine and it was gas but it's been 5 days now since the colonoscopy and no improvement. I'm seeing him on Friday though so I'm not too concerned. Resting heaps tho thanks xo

I hope so the pain is so bad at the moment and eating makes it worse but on the other hand I'm so hungry. Dilemma! I'll try not to panic but I am a bit of stresser. I know it doesn't make anything better though
