hey! i have the same exact thing and im still trying to figure it out it could be VP or genital warts.... im hoping its just VP

Dear haley,
Not sure which parts you are referring to, but the very fine grainy bumps on either side are just sebaceous (oil) glands and vestibular papillomas. Can't see any evidence of genital warts.
