Hi there

I am 48 and having really horrible frightening symptoms cold feet and hands cold flushes extreme butterfly feeling in top part of abdomen that makes me feel suddenly weak and faint I also have weak arms and legs sometimes this comes on suddenly. I have dry mouth severe exhaustion I get sudden shaky feeling inside horrible upset stomach's anxiety and full blown panic attacks. I'm so sick of feeling like this especially the sudden weak feeling and horrendous feeling's of butterflies that are so severe that I just can't handle it.

I have had all my bloods checked a few weeks ago which were all OK fsh levels 3.2. My symptoms are worse before my period and when it's finishing.

Please tell me this is all normal and I'm not going mad or dying.

xxxx

I am 47 and lately have had the worst digestive issues. I feel so nauseous and have belly aches and pains. I did have an endoscopy and have mild gastritis so was taking Somac but I stopped taking them as I thought they were making me a bit gassy which is a side effect. I feel like I could be sick some days. Like you ladies I have a wide range of symptoms. Extreme fatigue, anxiety, ringing in the ears, sore joints, dizziness, internal tremors and I can't remember what a good night sleep is like

      Hi Kylie

I have terrible digestive issues too .I think mine are a lot worse this last year . I take a probiotic which works a bit and try and eat a low carb diet but some days my stomach is just awful no matter what I do .

The whole peri thing is debilitating somedays.

      Hello Marcia

I went and bought a probiotic today so fingers crossed that helps. I agree, it really is debilitating. Thank you for your reply x
