Please help!. Is this psoriasis or herpes healing or what!?

I was hoping not...my doctors wont test me they keep saying that its allergies, or yeast or possible lichen sclerosis but wont test it..plus I've had yeast infections back to back idk what to do to get tested....I've stopped having sex just incase but I cannot get tested...it never blistered it was just red and mildly itchy then flaked up like that there werent even any bumps this go around and it's not painful...I put fungal cream on it as an experiment to see if it gets better it reduced the rednes almost immediately..but made it more flakey..the flakes come off in little pieces and then theres a few pieces that stick..both my gyn and pcm dont think its herpes and refuse to test it and dont wanna do the blood test cause I probably have some type of herpes and " theres no reason to stress me out"..I cant see a different doctor I've seen everyone my insurance covers..idk what to do.

I tried putting fungal cream on that made the redness settle but the flaking worse so i put vaseline on and it helped reduce the flaking and itching but now I have get discharge so I'm still wiating on an appointment with my gyn. it's really gross. thank you for your reply

Hi, did your doctor tell what allergy you may have had ? also when these first started to appear did the yeast infection occur around the same time ? Do you have a new partner when all of these symptoms occurred ? There had to be a correlation to these.

no he never offered an explanation to the allergy. but with this most recent batch of symptoms I had no infection symptoms at all it actually felt okay for the first time in a while. I had some wierd discharge before my period so it's possible it was caused by yeast but when I put fungal cream on it it made the flaking worse. now I'm having grey chunky discharge and a burning feeling, but theres no smell.I did have a new partner in january who gave me chylmadia, I didnt know I had chylmadia they kept saying it was yeast until a little over a month ago. I got tested for all stds after that and tested for yeast, the yeast was positive but the std testing was all negative they just refuse to test me for herpes and keep telling me that it is yeast or an allergen. I have more dry skin now and red dots on the inside on my inner labia which is how my body usually reacts to yeast.. but the dry flakey skin is new its only happened the last two times I've had symptoms of anything but this time I shaved about 3 weeks prior so I can actually see how far the dry skin goes..but with the itch this past time j kept an eye on everything and the itchy spot it where the dry skin popped up there were no blisters nothing just a little red skin and then all the sudden that patch showed up. and then after I put vaseline on it it calmed down for a day but then got worse right away when I stopped..the redness never went away either only the flaking. I have more pictures but they are being moderated out.

Do you mind trying to post the updated pictures. Is it possible for you to get tested at a clinic instead of your doctor if they are not willing to test you for herpes. Have you been cleared from chylmadia ? I think you have BV now as you said your discharge is a gunky grey and is not typical of a yeast infection. you said the smell is not stronger correct ? Have you looked into the Lichen ? it sounds like you may have it and is worth having your doctor check for it with a biopsy . i will add a screen shot of medication that can treat it if you do have it.

so because of the massive increase in discharge I've been changing underwear frequently cause I'm too afraid to put a pad on...but ive been moist and dry at the same time? and now it turned into white pus filled patches. (it is pus it popped like a pimple would cause I squished one I know not supposed to but I did) they werent there this morning but were there this afternoon after I had not been able to change out of my underwear for q few hours..and they popped during my shower... but there was a whole patch of them ...at the top...but when they popped they left scratches. and bled..I have no idea what's wrong with me...could they be from my underwear pretty much constantly being moist the last few days? cause the pimples were up by where the lips split at if that makes sense idk what its actually called...but it's where most the discharge sits at...but could be herpes cause of scratches and they are waiting ti moderate my other pictures I posted on the herpes side but it's been a few days so I dont think theyll put them out..I've had so much discharge its ridiculous I have an appointment on thursday.. its chunky thick and white sometimes grey but it's also like mucusy? I'm doing so much research i hate that most vagina symptoms are the same...but I cannot find anything like what I have going on..it doesnt even really match hwrpes anymore..it itches burns and feels wet but chapped or dry at the same time. but it doesnt itch inside my vagina only the outside the burn is on the inside though...any ideas sorry for the long response..? unless skin problems can also come from bv? and thank you for replying.

im so sorry to hear all that you are going through, it will get better it always does, just sometimes it takes a little longer than we would like. It sounds like you may have BV and in some cases it can really cause your vulva to have a severe infection because of the bacteria. If not treated it cause bumps and lesions in some cases. Your discharge has increased because of the infection and you need to make sure you keep the area dry as most as possible. I really hope that's all it is. thank you so much for your replies. do you know of anything that causes these things to pop up and pretty much heal in less than 24 hours? all that's left now is one skin tear and the skin is white and sensitive where the cuts were? does that sound like lichen? sorry I keep asking so many questions.

purple is what the white pimples looked like before they popped and when they popped pus came out. the rest is what it looks like now..and the discharge you can see..I know it's at least yeast. but I used the over the counter stuff a few weeks ago so I think maybe it's the same infection but it's in the skin? and I think I need the pills not the over the counter stuff. hopefully this picture will be able to be posted.

I posted a picture of what it looks like now the dry skin went away as of yesterday now it is wet skin with tears..the dry skin I think was an allergic reaction to my pad..but the skin feels dry right and wet right now..and if they let my picture through where the tears in the skin are is the only place that runs against wet underwear all day so could it be friction related cause I havent scratched at all. it doesnt even really itch it itched a little but it mostly just burns..thank you again for your replies!

I see the picture and if looks like you have a severe case of BV ant the very least a YI. You need prescription medication to treat it because the OTC medicine is not strong enough unfortunately. The discharge that your getting is really acidic on your skin and thats what is causing the lesions/tears you are getting. the wet underwear does not help either and i know its hard to try and change them through out the day let alone the pad causing you an allergic reaction. I can see the discharge is thick. Is it on the fishy side or sweet ? I think once you control the BV/YI you should half a lot of relief and your Vulva should return to a little bit of normalcy. BV does come back, so just be aware. There is also probiotics you can eat to help with the infection. I really dislike how the moderate the pictures and replies, i feel like it hinders the community forum. If you have an updated pic would great to post of the patchy/flaky area.

this is what it looks like now after 24 hours of wearing a pad. and almost 12 hours after yeast treatment. the purple spot was where the flakes were it's a shade lighter than the test of my skin but it's no longer peeling the white at the top is looking better I think? its very itchy still. and I'm tingling a lot but it's hard to tell if that just my anxiety about herpes or not...there is some raised red spots those arent really itchy or they werent until I noticed them.. I am also putting a an anti fungal cream on. and it might be helping? idk. I wish they would just text me for herpes already. but I cant go to another doctorcause this is what my insurance covers...
