Please help!. Is this psoriasis or herpes healing or what!?

so I have posted a million times before but I havent had skin look like this. it doesnt actually feel irritated so its wierd I had an itch a few days ago where the flakey skin maybe scabs are but it was just red it never blistered and the itch went way. but I have checked on it pretty much constantly and this flaky red skin popped up..does it look like healing herpes or... psoriasis or I'm on my period so pad rash? nothing inside is irritated I just feel dry it's kinda a raw feeling like chapped lips or a peeling sun burn but its not uncomfortable or painful just kinda different it doesnt hurt to pee or anything the skin doesnt flake off in big pieces its stuck on for the most part if I touch it little pieces fall off but not big flakes and its not painful to the touch at all. I'm really confused and scared please help.

purple is just an ingrown hair but blue is where the itch was.
