Popping sound in nose

i have this weird popping sound in my nose it mainly happens at night it feels like i have popping candy up my nose sorry! has anyone experienced this with sinuses?

i get this! only on laying on my left side, annoying and no idea why

I have this sometimes...I think it's the bones shifting under some sinus pressure- not 100% sure though
