its the fact the dots on the glans look like mine that i am interested i this post and other symptoms seem to stack up. Can i ask did you receive unprotected oral? also did your test include herpes? this is not often included.

ive received unprotected oral a few times but with the same partner. i couldnt point it to that though as it happens without that.

urine test is useless for herpes. id say get a blood test.

basically i have seen so many professionals and done so many tests and only positive for hsv1 by blood. Never had coldsores or any symptoms so this came as a surprise. So many people have hsv so dont know if i got it before and asymptomatic?

my thoughts are herpes has effected my

nerves and presented like this. all doctors say it doesnt do this and goes away but nobody really understands the virus.

ive had coldsores so a blood test would show that up on me i would think. Another thing aswell whilst this was present would you not pass it on if it was herpes? have you been swabbed?

Ad far as i know and im sure my partner would have said i havent passed anything on.

okay well yes it should show up for hsv1. Have you been with the same person for a long time? have you had sex since unprotected and no complaints? does your partner also have herpes?

sorry for the questions but this has consumed me for over 12 months and nobody has helped. Spent so much time and money on this.

ive been with the same partner for 13 year but one mishap around 7 years ago which still haunts me today. its this that has my mind.racing to be honest.

ive had unprotected for the last 14 months and as far as i know my partner does.not have herpes. im assuming i would have passed it on in this time. i may be wrong though. i suffer from anxiety about this and have seen numerous professionals and had numerous tests also again spending more. money than i would care to imagine.

Have you has unprotected since this has happened to you?

also get weird rash and slots and itching on my body, mainly legs and torso and often goosebumps randomly on inner groin and forearm and tummy.

To be honest ive probably had the dots before and never thought anything of it bit for the past 14 months my anxiety has increased 10 fold. its always had a redness to it but my glans skin was really dry and flaky for this episode. Spoke to online doctor who indicated it looked like.thrush. Used Daktarin and to be fair the dryness cleared and some of the larger red patches cleared but these dots still remain.

Problem is there is nothing to Swab as there are no blisters or liquid for herpes and would it linger this long? Thing is ive unprotected alot of times in the last 14 months and my partner has not mentioned anything and im thinking i would have defo passed something on. might be wrong though bit i also think herpes.can be worse for a women. Other half had her Pap smear the other week and nothing mentioned from that internal.exam.

Im wondering it could be bacterial as the mouth can have loads of different bacteria thats not sexually related. There is this test in the US but its expensive

Convinced myself ive had everything tbis past year which ia not good for your head. Doctor has put me on anti depressants.

The peeing side and pain started about December after i got particularly anxious about something. Done urine sample nothing found. Was giving cipro for 4 weeks felt ok. The peeing thing comes and goes to be honest and i wonder if that is stress related.

Thr anal itching started around February time this year again high stress. Went to GP said i had external Piles. Somedays worse than others.

i think you can get fixated and you tend to constantly look and notice change and that is the problem. like a cycle.

Did the antiVirals do anything last time you took them? i vet random dry and red patches and sore spots on my buttocks but never blisters and they never appear in clusters. i think herpes can present different in everyone.

no nothing at all. Took 800mg 3 times a day for 3 weeks, so thought it would have done something. I get like cuts and sore thing around my bum too, but no idea? doctors say not how herpes present but dont think people understand. Its the pain on my corona and red spots on my glans which look inflamed, maybe like too much blood flow? killing me man

probably only way is to get something swabbed but theres nothing to swab. i do think with law of averages i would have passed something on by now though although it doesnt stop you worrying about it.

Ive had pain in my Corona like my foreskin is irritated but its not there all the time. the spots on the foreskin/ Corona area have faded but still present on the Glans.

when did this happen? just recently or after the other encounter? potentially HSV orally and genitally makes it hard to fight? no idea.

Just the last 6 months to be honest is where i noticed the most but i think my anxiety makes me look more and touch more which probably irritates it even further.

i have spoken to the other girl off all those years ago and she has tested for most things but not herpes although she has had no issues.

okay thats sort of reassuring. That you had no symptoms until now after 7 years, so id say no connection with the other girl. I asked the girl i was with and she lost her head and started giving me abuse, nice sort.

Yeah i have no idea and countless doctors tell me to carry on but its not right.

To be honest mate i dont know. im going to have to let something drop as my mental health is taking a battering and im becoming unwell and its taking up all my time. it was 7 years ago and im assuming something sinister eould have made an appearance before now and i would have passed something onto my current partner if that was the case

yep totally understand. But to be honest if its only happened recently and your partner has been fine id say dont worry. Easier said than done. i'm in the same boat, long story. Im seeing a councillor and you defo need to forgive yourself, we make mistakes and mine has changed my whole life. Try and be the best person you can. You arent a bad person for one mistake. Not sure if i'm telling you or reassuring myself. Pregabalin has seriously helped my mind, I know drugs arent for everyone but has helped me so far. Please keep me updated and i will with you. how long would you say you had the dots? from the encounter or before. Mine was pretty instant. I knew something was wrong straight away. If your partner has been fine then all good, does yours feel weird to get an erection? like minor pain? its like my head has too much blood or something.

yeah everything says it aint herpes and all professionals seem to agree as wouldnt last this long. But i cant get over it as never knew. Maybe you have caught in a second place as in the genitals and your partner already has hsv antibodies so unlikely to get else where?

yeah ive thought about getting the xgen test or whatever it is, £300 or something but i've had 5-6 urine tests and no joy.

My GP has done full blood tests and every other blood test they can think of hepatitis, diabeties so no idea what to do. Apparently its in my head and im making it up.

got a few options i hope to pursue as i n urologist, neurologist and have had a pudendal nerve block agreed in principal. This is all PMI but they may not go for it.

I did the next gen thing, you'll find UK doc's don't give it much credence. Apparently a chap called Prof Bunker is a leading expert on these things, might be next stop

I did see someone on here say he couldnt help, no idea where? spoke to my GP today, they ate well and truly done with me and say im fine its normal and it might be a coincidence that it occurred from the incident. imply im making it up. useless.

Tested for all the usual as did she and nothing came up.

Do occasionally have pain with ejaculation but erections are fine most of the time. Slight pain occasionally. This made me suspect prostratitis acter all i read but again no mention of spots or dots or inflammation.

if antivirals dont help it doesnt sound like herpes. i spoke to one urologist online the other day and he mentioned fungal but also mentions blocked sebaceous glands/ fordyce spots.

i still cant look past herpes sorry, potentially acyclovir resistant? will keep you updated

im really not sure. I would imagine you would get a proper outbreak at some point. im not a doctor though but like you ive seen a few now who have ruled that out. Im also working off the opinion i would.have passed it on unless as you say my partner already has antibodies.

I think Stress and anxiety also has something.to do with it as it seems worse at times of severe stress which is quite alot these days.

The sebaceous Glands are interesting as i do have these on my penis shaft and scrotum arrq which can sometime get irritated and sore.

I had some sort of foliculitus just redness which could have been an out break, but 7 months after. Never got it tested as GUM refused to see me. Also dont know if you can swab red spots in the skin with no discharge. Anyway it is what it is.

Its really dry down there so seabeceous glans interests me. Ordered retinol online as i read about it. I just need hope that something might work.

yeah ive had folliculitis too mainly on my bottom. Got myself in a.rut about it thinking it was herpes but all doctors in person and online just kept telling me it doesnt resemble herpes and its folliculitis. Your right though i dont think you can swab without fluid.

thats a weird coincidence. Mine was on my pubic area and scrotum. I did a chat in here about it. Ive shown it to a out 10 doctors majority said it aint herpes, a couple said it could be hard to tell. I get weird spots that last a day or so and disappear, mainly around follicles, like even on tummy and belly button. Just order a random think i found when i googled blocked seabeceous glans. Just moistures i think. Would try anything.

Also like i said my PMI have agreed me to see an infectious disease specialist a d Dr Bunker, Derm and specialises in penile skin. Making enquiries when they can fit me it and will report back.

so spoke to an infectious disease doctor and he was no use, same as all the other doctors I have seen. Got an appointment with Professor Bunker in the next couple of weeks, just not holding out much hope at all. Everything feels bad today, just hit a low. Nobody believes its anything and im terrified it will be this way forever. Has to be herpes related and some sort of neuralgia.

have you got pain? Some days it appears i have a feeling of pain but from an irritated level. Thats wbats happening today. Stay strong mate. The anxiety will be making you worse.
