    i am 6 weeks post op from 1 knee I can't imagine having the pain in both.  You are a trouper!  I took Percocet the 1st couple of weeks then went to Vicodin just on the days I had PT.  I am now done with PT and just take the Tramadol.  I think in your case you should be on something stronger than the Tramadol.  I agree with the other post about going back to work so soon.  As your recovering keep in mind you will not have to go through this again like some of the rest of us.  I am hoping to wait a year before I have my other knee done.  Keep us posted on how you are doing.  Praying each day gets better for you.
