Post Op milkshakes

Hi

The main thing I was dreading was being sick, it would be so painful. I have been having the shakes/soups for 4 days now but don't fancy them anymore. The thought of taking anoher milkshake makes me feel sick. I am drinking plenty of water - does anyone have any suggestions.

No I haven't! Maybe try making smoothies with fresh fruit as long as they aren't too thick!

Vary your soups so you don't get bored! X

I think every surgeon is different.

I was only soup and shakes for 1 week then I could have mash and jelly etc in week 2 and by week 4 I was eating normally pretty much x
