Post surgery nausea

i had knee and leg surgery (screws and a plate) 4 weeks ago. I am still nauseous. The Dr's are stumped. I tried suppositories, Zofran, motion sickness patches, fresh ginger tea, vinegar, water and honey mixture, acupuncture with herbs. I feel better by the night time, but I wake up in the morning feeling awful and start the horrible cycle all over again. I have to force down protein drinks - I have NO appetite. In the evenings I can handle eating dinner - chicken with veggies. I am afraid to go to sleep at night because I know what the morning will bring.
Any ideas on how to end this? 4 weeks! I'm getting desperate. I'm a 55 year old female

Remember, I've never had any issues before my surgery - this whole mess all started with my surgery 6 weeks ago. All of the above issues have continued until this morning.
As soon as I get my test results (tests are later today) I will let you know.
Any ideas and/or questions I should ask my GI today?

I went to the GI Specialist who had me drink only clear liquids for 2 days then an enema before my endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy. That cleaning out is when I started feeling better.
I had a bit of diahhrea but took some liquid Imodium. And when I got an upset stomach, I took some liquid Gavescon.
I still have some lightheadedness and I have an appointment with a Neuologist on Monday - had an MRI today.
What helped? I took pantozole 30 minutes before dinner (the only meal I could eat). Then when I could eat lunch, 30 minutes
before lunch. I could only take it twice a day. In the morning I would chew 2 licorice root tablets.
Oh, for the dizziness, I took 25 mg of meclizine at night and then again in the morning.
When that started to work, I started a mixture of 1 tablespoon each of acidophilus, aloe Vera juice and lemon juice.
I have stopped taking all meds now and only drink the above mixture twice a day - with lunch and dinner.
Sorry for the long post, but it's been a long 7 weeks.
Also - the power of prayer is a powerful thing!!
