Premarin advice needed

hi

i need advice please.

iv been on tiberlone for 15 years due to a total hysterectomy which I have had no problems with I was on 2.5mg every other day my choice.

but my gp changed me to a estrogen one only Premarin I tool my first one Friday and yesterday I had a bad migraine. I was awake all night with it and feel complete rubbish this morning. 

Im so scared of taking another.

sorry if I have spelt anything wrong but my vision is still bad from the migraine.

i don't know if to not take anymore and phone the gp up tomorrow to go back on the tiberlone. Which I know has a higher risk. Feeling very low this morning iv had a bad year with health Anxiety which I am on sertraline for and I was back on track, but now I feel I'm back to square one. I feel out of sorts, headache, tingly fingers, nauseous, don't know if it's down to the HRT or anxiety now. 

Sorry for the long post.

i do have the occasional migraines, 

does anyone else have migraine side effects with Premarin
