Well hello! Cant beleive this many ppl are going through the same thing! Ill try to keep it brief. I have the same exact problems you have posted. In addition, i often have a pressure in/behind my eyes and nausea/feeling generally sick. sometimes a pressure or tension in my face? bridge of nose and between eyes, and sometime a tremor type feeling in the head. Almost feels like i have too much fluid or somthing inside my head that is not draining. Sometimes i can find slight temporary releif by moving my head in different positions or pressing on certain points on my head or neck. Or at least i think it feels that way. I KNOW IT IS NOT ANXIETY.. i have been down that long road, and have that under control. Things ive tried are as follows. MRi brain, all sorts of blood tests, eye test, anti-depressants, anxiety meds, muscle relaxers, prescription pain meds, OTC meds, diet, exercise, rest (did not work for one whole year). The one or 2 days a month that my symptoms are barely noticable, i feel like i can do anything. then it all comes back. I have new insurance and new doctors visits coming up so if  i i have any news or improvements i will def share with the rest and long as this site is up and running. its just frustrating the time it takes to get these tests a visits rolling. pls share back if u happen to find anything. good luck!!!

I had just posted stating I have the same pressure, along with that is dizzy, they thought I had CS. I was in a FB group for CS and a girl in there had just seen a ENT and he said she has trigeminal neuralgia, and she felt I did, but ehen I look it up its not my symptom. SO I await aldo to see the Neurologist, keep me posted, thanks

i could have wrote that myself, i have the same problems. Its becoming incredibly exhausting now. I've had these headaches for over a year now, the pressure just started this week. I've taken everything. I currently take propanolol for preventative measures because I've also developed HBP, I also take Rizatriptan 10mg twice daily, which is NOT working. I've taken Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Tramadol, Naproxen, AND NOTHING. I'm goimg on day 3 of this current migraine. I have yet to get an MRI because I just cannot afford it!

Try a magneisum supplement (sp?) I take one from this brand called Isotonix on Market America and it is honestly a life saver.

Been on magnesium two days now. How long was it till you saw an improvement?

About a week or so? The brand I take is an isotonic and goes to the system faster than pills. I haven't tried the pill form before.

Hi have you been tested for magnesium deficiency, I am wondering whether it would help I have normal magnesium levels.
