Hi. I'm 27 years old female. is there anyone who have solution for this?February 2017 i was diogonised with bronchitis  (i had high fever, very painful cough and infected throut) after that i always get irritations on my throat that cause coughing, sore throat,  wounds in my mouth and i would drink water with honey, ginger, garlic and lemon, i would eat halls and strepsil it will go away  but the sense of smell didn't go away. I started being oversensetive to smell (washing powder, cleaning detergents, flowers, aircon and dust)and all these smells cause throut irritation wich lead to coughing. since September I've been having back neck pain, swollen legs, sore throat, blocked air muscles including ears....and they give me medicine for tonsils. two weeks latter weekend of 14 October 2017 it happened again it started with back neck pain, the head ache, blocked air muscles incliding ears, i would feel chest tightness and chest pain. i remember i was standing at a funeral and all my air muscles were blocked, i feel dehydrated but I was drinking water i felt like i was gonna die right there. I  just sit down for moment and thats where i realised the pressure as if something was pushing to get out. i went to see a doctor right away it was Sunday 15 October 2017 and he said its allergy and the medicine i got never help then the next day i went to see the other doctor and she said its stress and inflammation and she gave me antiinflammation pills and sleeping pills. then for the first few days i was having panic attacks,  my mind took over and i actually feel like i were crazy. the moment i pass next to strong smelling flowers or any strong ordor or noise my heart would beat faster, i would be scared, blocked at a moment and i would feel that preasure moving from the back of the neck towards the forehead. since i do alot of reading, i learn that exercise, health diet and deep breath  is important then I'm doing yoga and all those i do not panick anymore i continue with the pills and everything was under control now the pill is finished and those things are happening again. IS THERE ANYONE WHO HAVE GOT SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM?  I REALLY NEED HELP. I FEEL LIKE I CAN JUST WALK INTO EMERGENCY ROOM AND ASK THEM TO PUT ME ON DRIP WITH POTASSIUM 40 OR ANYTHING THAT WILL CLEAR THIS THREAT.  I'M CURENTLY TRYING IMMUNE SYSTEM BOSTER MAYBE ALL THESE MEDICINES HAS KILL ALL THE GOOD SOLDERS IN MY IMMUNE SYSTEM

Hello. I have been reading all of the posts and i am wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with arthritis in their back, degenerative disc disease, and herniated discs? I have these problems and am experiencing almost all of the symptoms described. My pain went away for almost a year while doing yoga and therapy coupled with shots in my lower back. But now that doesn't work and it is extremely painful. I'm unable to work at times and I'm afraid of losing my job and a decent life. The Neurologists don't want to operate because I am too young they say, but I can't stand this pain.

    Hello,

I have had this problem for 12 years. I had seen all kinds of doctors and done all kinds of tests. I had been under psychatrists medication for 3 years. Then I stopped seeing the psychiatrist, and I havnt told anyone that I still have the problem. If anyone has found a cure, please let me know.

One thing - regular exercises reduce the symptoms to some extend.

I had a liver transplant and open heart bypass at the same time 15 months ago. I thank god im still alive. I have been having the same pain in the back of my eyes and head it feels like pressure behind my head & neck and a little dizzy. I had an MRI they found nothing I have been to a Myotherapys also to a osteopathy with no help I also been going to an acupuncture about 12 times so far they also been putting cuppings still not helping. My liver doctor sent me to an eye specialist to check the pressure behind my eyes which the results were ok. Not sure if it’s the medications that I’m taking ante rejection tablet or what it is.

Does anybody have anything like me please advice

Try to dissect if you have anxiety the main cause of your worries or stress and make the situation better. And if the medications help good, however, stay away from addictive meds such as Xanax or any benzos they will cause major dependencies and withdrawals similar to Heroin. It will land you in rehab. Good luck.

Also, most SSRIs just enhance your serotonin levels and such. Can be found from vitamins on amazons such as 5htp and dopa. Helps you feel better or maybe sleep at night. But, watch negative self-talk, and who you associate with could be explosive causing your troubles. Such as family members or friends that are destructive to your wellbeing that ultimately needs to be cut off even if you are related so you can live a healthy life.

    Hello everyone,

To all of you experiencing unexplained symptoms such as head pressure, I believe it is being caused by EMF (electromagnetic fields) For example using your cell phones and WiFi. These weird symptoms that many are experiencing is not just here on this forum, they are all over the net. People being affected are from every age group even the younger population, some have done an infinite amount of diagnostic tests and consulted with an infinite amount of health care professionals with no luck! Nothing was found. I can tell you that when I stay away from my cell phone and avoid EMFs such as WiFi and cell phone use by others, all my weird symptoms subside. Try it out for at least a week, two weeks even better and get back to the forum and let us know. I am not saying that all issues on here are caused by EMF, some may have something physiological. I have down extensive research on the subject and the no# 1 symptom caused by EMFs is head pressure, there are others such as cracking joints, and many more. Studies show that the symptoms caused by EMFs can be debilitating, there are some countries that provide disability to those that are affected, unfortunately this country does not. It is a major concern and it is affecting alot of people. It is very difficult  to stay away from cell phone use, but trust me its is well worth it, the symptoms are horrible! Hope this helps... good luck!!!!

This is interesting... I have head pressure that seems to be unexplained.. went to Doctors for so many tests, so many blood tests, MRI, CT scan, EEG, multiple EKG, Chest x Ray, got my wisdoms out cause I thought it was something dental and the analgrams changed to not metal ones, going to eye doctor this week to check eyes and everything came back normal. I’m on Zyrtec and sinus med rinse cause I have allergies so the allergist test says, I also work with dogs and I’m allergic to the hairs and others .. idk what to do though the pressure is still there but not as bad as it used to be but this is interesting to say the least...

      Dmndsbrah,

I have had head pressure for over 10 years and all my diagnostic tests come out fine. Doctors are puzzled, they have no clue of what it is. It is debilitating, feels like my head is being pressed by a vice all day everyday. I have had to research and experiment on my own and that is something I have come up with. When it gets real bad intolerable I stay away from my cell phone and start to feel better within a few days. Maybe people on here can experiment with this and see if it helps. It is a significant problem, we are constantly surrounded by people on cell phones, so it can make life difficult, Hope it helps!
