I have seen and experience head pressure or a headache in any age group or population. Head pressure and headaches can be caused by such common conditions as inflammation of the sinuses, a cold, or allergies. But Alan, you said that just had MRI then no serious problem yet It is a good news. I know it may feel slightly uncomfortable, it may cause severe pain, such as that due to a migraine headache. You should visit another doctor. Even though a headache caused by anxiety and stress. but you don't have. I think first result Head pressure can be exacerbated by low lighting, Walking around keeps your head and neck straight and drink more water. You should do an exercise properly,  it improves your health, that calm the mind and the muscles.

    Hi,

I've suffered for 2+ years with the same symptoms, pressure, pounding headaches, sinuses that seemed to always be chunky and bloody for literally over a year and half every day. After a ent Dr told me a xray showed nothing wrong.

Bending over produced blood pounding head pounding headaches. The face pain etc all this was obviously just something no Dr was helping so I stopped being able to do things I did every day to make life bearable.

Until I found after a inspection my apartment had hidden toxic black mold. It was everywhere.

It had been in the air,in the walls in every room of the 1500sq feet apartment I lived in for 8 years, and realized my self and children had started with symptoms at least 4 years ago.

Unknown skin problems and lung issues my son and daughters had with no ending are now subsiding also after the removal.

Please, it sounds ridiculously simple. But buy a home mold test, grow the samples for the air test, don't rely on just viewing the surfaces if you have ever had a leak or possible damage.

Don't rely on your landlord using a wetness detector to tell you not to worry that there can't be mold if it shows it's not wet on the monitor.

You have no idea how skeptical I was but the home mold growing air test I sent back to the lab saved me and my children once I knew and could call the health department with proof.

Mold can do so much you would never think, velive me I never put them together and I'm a OCD clean freak, there was no evidence or odor of anything amiss in my home I've lived in for years and years the same apartment.

Hi everybody. My son has a constant vibration and pressure in his forehead for about4 months now. Is painful for me to see his suffering, I can't imagine how it is for him. It all started after his hearth chakra opened.

We tried variously but didn't work. Today he went for his MRI screening. we'll see. But I keep looking for answers...

I found something regarding buzzing though. I was going through some hypnosis recordings online and I found something called : "turn down Tinnitus". I googled what tinnitus means.

    https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/understanding-tinnitus-basics

Is the buzzing or noise in your ears.

I know, it might sound weird for some of you, but did you tried an energy healer

My son used to go to Reiki healing energy but then he stopped. he was up and down with his work, life, confused, then this pain came and he is locked in himself. I tried to tell him about energy but he doesn't want to listen anymore, like he shut his ears to. sad

I wish that all of you find your cure or healing.

Is the pressure in your lower head at the back or is it more at the front? Xx

Did you ever find out what was causing the head pressure?

Unfortunately, no.  We are still on our quest to find out.

Hi tree, no I ended up going privately to an ostiomyologist who deals with the nerves and musculeatal system. He said it was coming from an inflammation and spasm of the trapezius muscle, he worked on me and the pressure in my heads not so bad but I’m left with awful pain in my neck now and also a tightness in my throat neck area which makes me want to vomit st times. My head ct was ok , had an X-ray of neck on Friday so I’m awaiting results for this. It’s never ending. I feel the medical professions have no idea about this condition. Xx

Me either. I am waiting on the results of another MRI.

It's her entire head.  She compares it to someone putting her head in a vice and squeezing it.

I have the same thing.  Pressure in the top and back of head and neck stiffness.  I have had several tests and they said they were normal.

      Thank you,

      Therese

Hi, I have had this for over 4 years....getting gradually better....To teh point now where I am mostly pain free (most days ) and dont think about it.

It started very bad.... dizzy etc then huge head pressure (constant during day, every day for about 3 years, it messes every part of you, stomach, muscles eyes ringing in ears etc).

I put it all down to stress, had a major panic attack... 1st ever, then felt dizzy, then that brought on googling every symptom... not good, definitely made it worse as you don't let your mind rest. Had tonnes of tests done(I've had numerous CAT, MRI, etc... seen Chinese healers, chiro, physio, the works....

, tested positive for lymes, though not currently in my system according to tests (have the antibodies for it now).

Feel normal most of the time and it is constantly improving though over a long time.

Things that helped after you've been to the docs and they cant find anything.

    1. running - go on long runs / fast walks as often as you can.

    2. stop googleing / thinking about it... .that makes it worse (i know if your in pain its difficult, though do something else to confuse your body.... Run / swim / spend time with friends and family... watch comedies)

    3. read an anxiety book... Dare or at last a life

    4. sleep, eat and drink like a monk.

    5. stretch and move lots... Yoga helps, look  also at health through posture.

    6. give meditation a go Calm are offering an 8 month free trial ( i believe), or headspace etc. It works.

    7. stand/sit properly

    8. lessen screen time.

    7. be positive.

All these forums are full of people with problems, not many offer a way out /  solution, as soon as they feel better then they log

All I can say is follow these tips and see if it makes a difference over a few months.... It's worth a shot to you if you are in the same position as I was.

    Good luck and take care.
