Probiotic for LS

Hi I’ve just had confirmation from biopsy that I definitely have LS. Luckily they say it’s mild and in early stages.

I’ve already done lots of research on things to try to help relieve symptoms but I really want to do all I can to prevent this getting worse! 

Do any of you ladies recommend a good probiotic (I’m in UK) ?  I’ve started taking Vit D and Magnesium Glycinate but would anyone suggest any others they feel help them?

Any top tips to live with this awful thing comfortably will be much appreciated!

    Hi Debbie, if you can make your own water Kefir or milk Kefir that will give you a stronger probotic...if you google it you will find the info you need... it is much more powerful than bottled probotics. 

    To avoid fusing its best to use a lubrication before bed, as this is thought to help stop fusing of the labia minora.

    Buy some dilators online, and use them regularly, this stops your Vjay from becoming too small/tight for sex...

      When you say lubrication is moisturiser enough or coconut oil better?

      Oil I think is the best bet, and in the evening before bed, something like Coconut, or emu, any oil really, because if its oily down there it is not going to be able to 'stick' and cause fusing.
