Problem making a decision

Hello everyone!
Ever since I can remember I always had trouble making decisions which ends up with me just not doing anything at all.
know I have to make a very important one, and I just don't know what to do.
I think I'm going crazy thinking all the time so much.
Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this problem?
Thank you,
Michael.

I say follow the money. You can get a masters degree online. Check out the online opportunities . talk to a counselor at the university. If you are having trouble thinking because of low self esteem ,how will this affect your studies . a degree doesn't guarantee a good job. And school isn't a joy

Follow the money?
I am shocked.
School is a joy for many people!
I've never had much money, but I'm happy.
How is Michael supposed to study online when he has three hours travelling every day to his job?
Do not understand.

Well, you're a Job's Comforter!
The guy already has two possible scenarios - you've added a third now.

My bachelor's, which I finished in 2009, is in biology (I’m 32 years old). Masters will include a full tuition scholarship and an additional pay that barely covers rent (I live alone).
I started my first job in 2010 at a pharma company and stayed there for 5 years. I loved my job there. I had good friends and it often felt like home, but professionally I felt “Stuck”, so somehow I convinced myself (after two weeks of sleepless nights) to quiet and move to a new job. Salary stayed about the same and usually I’m not doing anything new, but the job title is good for my C.V..
People here are generally nice and I have good relationship with my boss. But I compare everything to what I had before so the transition is oftentimes still difficult for me and I find myself missing my former job to the point of obsession (without a really good reason).
Master’s will not help me to get a job with more money (at least in the near future), but it can open new doors in terms of a job with more interesting research in the future. Also Some of the people that work with me now have master’s so they basically do what I do.
If I’m in a good mood and free of anxiety, I have an urge to move to a new city and experience new things, but it all crashes when I’m feeling down…So I want a change but I just don’t know what will be the right one.
BTW, sorry if my english isn't very good.

I think vacations are for traveling and experiencing new things...not jobs. You are so fortunate to have a job in your field of study. Maybe your employer has a program that will allow you to study towards your master's degree

Unfortunately my employer does not have a program that will allow me to study towards a master's degree.
Tomorrow i'm going to see my therapist and will try to reach a decision with here help. This is really eating me up.
I want to thank everyone who replied. I'm glad I found this forum.
I will update as soon as I make my decision.
