prostate and premature ejaculation for youth

Hello everybody, i am 30 years old and i had Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)  since i was 22 years old, i have not pain or troubles with peeing (just some times) but the problem is i have premature ejaculation , my erection can't last more than few seconds (10 ou 15 ). is there any hope for my situation 'cause i feel sad and depressed all the time, and i really think to end my life the last period. Thanks .

    I really hope this does not mean what it implies.  Seek physical counciling for your physical problems and psychological counciling for the emotional impact its having on you.

    What you're thinking about (if I read you right) is not the answer.

      i am sorry for saying that , .. i feel depressed and tired 24 hours a day .. i got a lot of medications for nothing ..  i know thinking like that is stupid but even i tried with a psy with no results .. after 8 years of no sexual life  you only feel tired and upset .. hope i can get out this idea of my brain ..

    Sorry to read of your situation, but please listen to what Tom said!  I have not had your ejaculation problem, but I have had BPH since I was in my early 20s, and I'm now 67.  The treatment I had in December (Uro-lift) has not solved all of my problems, but it took care of most of them.  I would encourage you to read up on this site of the many options open to you (Uro-lift, PAE, green light surgery, etc. ) and find out which one might work for you.  TURP is the "answer" offered by most urologists (As it was to me), but please look at the downsides and read up on the other options, which most urologists still won't tell you are out there.  Good luck, and please come back with questions as you think of them; most of us have been there!  :-)

      Thank you very much sir, i already try with my Dr and he just gave me tons of medications for nothing (Xatral, zoloft, Youhimbine houdé ... ) a combination betweet prostate medicines and antidepressants .. i just gave up .. i am from Tunisia (north africa) wait 8 years looking in american forums and websites for good news about prostate but it seems impossible to cure my own problem. thanks you again sir and sorry for my bad english language .

    I just heard Cialis can help both BPH and erections- you are too young for that kind of issue- ask your doctor

    Never make a permanent decision based on a temporary situation. Your life's more important than a premature ejaculation, you'll never know what waits around the corner if you don't finish your walk around the block. We shall all in up on the other side of life, but to run to the other side because you think it's a better solution is fools gold. Every man has had to deal with difficulties in life, learn to master your patience and seek help with your depression...so you may live long enough to help someone who's needs are greater than your own.

    We've all been placed here together for a reason, this learning moment may be one of yours, we're dead forever...but for whatever reason your journey has led you here to be counseled by men in this forum who've had great problems some for years that's affected not only our lives but the lives of the folk who love us. Listen long and hard to this cousel of wise men. Smart is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, Wisdom is knowing not to put a tomato in a fruit salad.

    Moo. You said you have BPH problem and you do not have problem with peeing or pain. So why you have to take medication? How big is your prostate? We in this forum talk a lot about the urologists who manages their own way or advise patient in their way of schooling. Most of the medications for prostate affect the erection or even ED. So if you do not have issue with peeing, stop the medication and start doing your research for better options. You are young. Hope few months after stoping the medication, you erection will be back. It takes time. Good luck

      Hello, 

      yes first i went to dr 'cause of premature ejaculation and my bad erection, and he told me that i have a BPH .. when he made the exam he said that my prostate is not so big but i have a kind of inflammation  or something like that he gave me many medications including Xatral (anti alpha)  .. and yes i don't have surious troubles with peeing but sometimes i feel pain in the prostate zone, specially after masturbating and some time i take few seconds (10 to 20 sec) to can start peeing.

      now i don't use any medications  stopped everything .. and i can actually make erection but only for few seconds then i ejaculate  ..

    Moo.  You have to stop thinking that way.  It may be something that your eating.  And that is true if you do not have a problem peeing or there is no pain.  Stop taking the pills.  You are to young to be haveing erection problems  Don't know how the doctors are over there . But maybe you need to just relax and see another doctor.  Life is to stressfull enough  Ken

    As someone else on here said , you are you are contemplating a long-term solution to a temporary problem. There are several solutions for premature ejaculation. For example, if you masturbate before you have a sexual encounter , it will take much longer the second time for you to ejaculate. Also some men have success by wearing a condom, and if that doesn't work, wear 2. Also, some of us have penile implants. That allows us to have an erection for as long as we want it, so premature ejaculation becomes a non issue.

    These ideas may or may not be the solution for you, but you have a long life ahead of you and a lot of guys on this site who are interested in helping you, so give this a chance and see where it brings you.

    Hi Again, Moo,

    I forgot to mention one VERY important thing. I'm sure that the other old farts on this site will agree that as a man gets older, it takes longer and longer for him to ejaculate. So, have some patience. This problem will eventually solve itself even if none of the other ideas you get help, but I'm sure that they will.

      Nealpros is right.  I have noticed a significant increase in the time it takes to ejaculate and I had the same issue as you as a young man.  I would also add that many women prefer other forms of sexual pleasure that have nothing to do with your erection or time before ejaculating.  Many of them!  I dated a women who had that preference for years and she couldn't care less how fast I ejaculated.   Find one like that and you're all set.  Your life is more important than squirting semen.

      I agree with Bruce. You have a tongue, and fingers. Use them. You will be surprised how happy you can make someone with them, then you can ejaculate, and you probably will find that, at that point, she won't much care how fast you are, because she will already be overjoyed.
