Has anyone tried Prozac foe depression? If so, how was it? I'm on Trazodone currently, but I don't think it's working anymore and I refuse to take a higher dose.

I've been taking Prozac for almost year and am hoping it will carry me through until this is over. It's been a lifesaver for me. This time last year I was having panic attacks that I thought were heart attacks and was positive I had at least 3 different kinds of cancer. I am on 20 mg and it took way longer than a month before I saw all the benefits and the side effects receded. Good luck. Last night I slept for a full 8 hours for the first time in years.

After two days on Prozac, diarrhea and headache. I hope this will pass. One happy note. Since she took me off the Trazodone I'm not hoarse anymore.
