PsA mtx 4 years now thumb knackered!

Hi been on mtx 4 years arthritis symptoms started in ankles with 30plus years of scalp and skin guttate.

25mg now 15mg methatrexate and scalp getting bad again and thumb had 1 injection now seizing up again with intense pain ..

also have herniated disc n swollen root nerve so pain relief meds cabinet full. ;-)

any thoughts on meds to be combined with mtx.

thumb is agony.. have further rheumy in 2 weeks.

would love your thoughts.

    YES, Rituximab infusions,

    Thats what I am on.

    methorexate and Rituximab,,
