Hello, I have acid reflux and I have been trying natural remedies. Before I try natural remedies I have heartburn, coughing, and stomachache. I started drinking apple cider vinegar and most of the symptoms are gone. Although at night I still have itchy throat (but it’s getting better) and stomach ache. I have realise after I use Apple cider vinegar, there is a pulsing sensation o my upper left abdomen (kidney??) and I’m really scare. It hurts sometime. I have check my kidney stones and waste in my stomach. They are all normal and fine. Should I stop drinking apple cider vinegar? What should I do?

It looks like most of your troubles start at night when you lie down , that’s when the acid escapes from your stomach . What I have done is get a couple of blocks about 5 inches high and put them under the end of my bed frame where my head is , so I ended up sleeping on a slant with my head higher than my stomach . That will keep the acid in your stomach because gravity will keep it there . It helped me a lot .

keep using apple cider vinegar and take probiotics .

I started to sleep on the recliner 10 years ago. I start sleeping sitting up and as the night progresses I end up laying down.

What has really helped me the most is dieting. Eating less and avoiding sugar as much as possible.  I take a appetite suppressant that helps me to stop  snacking at night.

If the symptoms do not go away. Go to the doctor and do your research. Take a break from apple cider vinegar and start drinking more water. Excess apple vinegar is not good for the body. Maybe you've acidified him too much? Take a few days break and assess your well-being
