Rash/spots on calf. Any ideas?

Any ideas what this could be? one came 2 weeks ago and then went and now another 2 have appeared, they start as little red spots and go like this. thoughts?

    Do you have any pets? I can only suggest insect bites,and more specifically flea bites. Do these spots itch?

      I do have a dog yes, he is a 4 month old puppy. They don't itch at all, it started with one and then that one went and now i have these other 2. Its very odd imageimage
