Recently diagnosed with LS

I was recently diagnosed with LS about 3 months ago after dealing with severe vaginal itching day and nigt for about a year. I was prescribed Clobetasol cream to use 3x a week. I have been using it since and have felt some relief from the itching but now I have started having tears in the perineum after intercourse that it even scares me just to think about wanting to have sexual intercourse.

I am really new to LS and after reading so many different things that can happen without the proper care I am not sure what to do to keeps things under control. Please any suggestions as to what can work best especially with perineum tearing?

I am still new to LS also so I am trying to figure out a path to take with food but what I have added to my diet is Kefir.  We have a lot of options in our health food stores and I buy all my meat and dairy from grass fed, pastured raised animals.  I buy organic Kefir that has really nothing in it.  Very little sugar and no added flavors.  I know everyone says to watch the fruit but I mix one banana in it and make a smoothie.  It is pretty good and I know exactly what is in it.

Nothing wrong with a banana. I used to eat three a day plus other fruit. That was bad, and so was my LS at the time.

I'm only using two tbsp of kefir on my oatmeal. A very small dose does the trick. I would need a large serving of sweet fruit to eat half a cup of it. This is why I like the fermented kraut. I'm getting a serving of veggies with my probiotics.
