Recovery tips for laparoscopy and/or hysteroscopy?

I'm now less than a week away from having both of these procedures.  I went for some required pre-surgery testing today and they gave me lots of information and instructions.  It will be an outpatient/day surgery.  Does anyone have advice to share about recovering from either or both procedures?

      Hi Snowbell!  I posted a separate update post for everyone since there are lots of details... just now checking more forums as I felt yucky earlier and had to rest and take pain medicine.  I was thinking of you this morning, and all the wonderful ladies here, before I went into surgery, and about our discussions and what a great help they are!  I feel so blessed to have the support of this community and hope you do, too!  It gave me lots of strength today!
