Red dots on glans, also pain in penis and lower abdomen

Hi im in need of some advise... about 6 weeks ago i had unprotected sex with a lady i know... i immedietly started feeling unusual in my genitals, i went to a private cli ic and was tested for chlamydia and gonnehrea. the assumed Chlamydia and i was given a 7 day course of doxycycline... however the tests came back negative, i then noticed a small rash on 1 side under my foreskin, so i went to a gum clinic in fear it was herpes. they told me it looked like an alergic reaction to soap, they gave ne a full hesexual health screening barring a hepes swab as there were no lesions and they were confident it wasnt herpes (all tests came back negative) they gave me some aqueus cream to wash with... this howover aggrevated it worse... i ceased aqueus waahing and things seemes to improve somewhat.... however then the rip of my penis started to feel sore and sometimes felt like it was burning... at which time i noticed red dots over the entire glans... on close inspection it looks bloodshot... it is quite sore at times... also throughout this entire wpisode i have had lower abdominal pain and my pubic bone os tender to touch... i have been to my GP and he thoughtbit was Balantitis and i was given a 1 week course of fluoxycycline ans canestan cream... thia has had no effect whataoever and my doctor is convinced its all stress related..... please halp as im at my wits end

    1 more thing i forgot to add.... about 2 hours after the intercourse i washed my penis with a comomile and jojoba hand wash

      well that was a silly thing to do u should only was with water and not with handwash the clue is in the title handwash

      do you think this could be the route of the issues im having with my glans Kim?

    quick update

    i have followed all instructions as regards cleaning, things are still the same except the rim of my glans is now swollen and has a dark purple appearance, this are is also much more tender than the rest of the glans... i fear this is getting gradually worse each day.... i'm suspecting a prostate issue so will try to get back to my doctors asap.

      I suspect something similar with mine, sex , then using harsh unsuitable chemical to wash on microscopically damaged glans skin

      how soon did your symptoms begin John ? and how did your symptoms start?

      hey man i have pretty much the same problem , i had unprotected anal sex and it wasnt lubricated and the next day my penis burned and hurt and it has bin in the same pain for 6 months now , ive tested for all stds and hiv 2 weeks after exposure 3 months after exposure and 6 months after exposure the doctors told me i didnt need any more testing because everything came back negitive and clean my urine and blood and swab tests , ive tryed clotrimozole for a month and that didnt help any , i was given three differnt bottles and tubes of clotimazole and clotrinaderm but none helped , my pain is there always my penis tip is red around the meatus and kinda along the top side down from the meatus , i clean with toilett paper after every time i pee i clean with only water now , nothing is helping , im wondering if you found out what your pain was being caused by yet , i even got my anus checked and they said there was no sign of infection and i got a stool sample done im waiting for that and more blood tests , i feel like it might be some kind of nerve damage or damage to the blood vessels causing it to be red and inflammed looking around the meatus with a burn and pain that radiates in my penis tip and kind of hurts my testicles and sometimes i get nerve pain thru my whole body in my back and legs but i think this might be from my anxiety or stress , i have no diagnos or std but doctor says my syptoms sound like yeast infection or balainits thats why he gave me the cream but he also tells me there is no infection and it looks fine , but it looks red and inflammed in a small area around the meatus on the top of the penis tip glands , its almost like when i had anal sex maybe bacteria or something got inside my penis opening and caused infection around the opening but there is no infection being detected so maybe damage on the inside of the opening of the urethra or the skin of the glands around the meatus , ( meatus being the lips when your penis opens to pee )

      please help me this is destroying my life , i wont allow my self around people because the pain in my penis tip causes extreme discomfort and people could tell im in pain and would ask leading to a embarassing conversation , so i just stay in the house and dont bother with anyone , anyway all im looking for is help with my pain in my penis tip .. apparently no infection .. maybe damage please help

    did you ever get to the bottom of this? im going through something extremely similar right now and would love to know if you got any answers about your situation. also did you have pain in your testicles or just lower abdomen?

      Would also be interested. Exactly the same symptoms with occasional epididymitis
