Im uncut and sometimes i use shower gel to clean my penis. About a week ago i got this red marks just on the tip no where else. At first they were itchy but next day they werent. it hurts when i masterbate. But it does not itch or burn when urinate.

Same kind of thing i have ! I think Balantis , tried antibiotics using coconut oil on there nothing is working remains red! Driving me nuts! Maybe time to see urologist idk.
