Looks like a bruise from jerkin' too hard. I used to get that when I was younger. Just slow down, bro!

I hear ya! But if you have to "give in", I would throw a condom on just to reduce friction. I know about those sex fiends...hahahaha! Good luck!

Looks like balanitis to me. I post this a lot, but these links might help:

Don't use soap to wash down there, and always take a leak and have a wash after masturbation or sex. Canesten cream may also help.
If it is a friction injury, then using (more?) lube may help.

I'd do it after washing, and probably just before going to bed and just after waking up.

It could just be balanitis, but it's hard to say without pics.

Cancel that. There weren't any replies showing when I posted, but they all appeared straight away afterwards.

Hello I've been going thru the same issue off and on for awhile only I after I sometimes masturbate. I only have like one flare up and I never have any oz come out and I use hydrocortisone to heal and it works usually no longer than a week. It only happens like once or twice a year if that. I truly don't believe it's hsv although I was tested but I never got notified that I had it but it's on my record saying I was tested but it didn't say positive or negative. I just want answers. And if so I never used any of the cream that made for hsv , I've only used hydrocortisone and it never made anything worse just helped me instead.
