Red Rash/ Ulcer/ Vein on top of penis from last 1 year. No pain, itching or issue in urination. No sores anywhere either.

Hiv, HCV, HsBag, VDRl tests negative.

Any idea what is it? It is always present like in the images. Quite red in color. Seeing a doctor tomorrow.

Could it be Penile cancer or some STD?

That was my thought too. However, it has been consistently there for 1 year, which raises some concern in my head. I am 23 and non smoker/ drinker, so the chances of cancer are very slim. I went to my general surgeon today, who gave it a look and said its mostly not malignant, and referred me to a dermatologist. I will be visiting the dermatologist soon, keeping fingers crossed. I also had a ultrasound of groin reason for varicocele, and it didn't show any lymph node activity, so should be fine.

These are with my glans skin stretched a little bit for better pictures. I rash appears quite red but no more than 2 mm. I also topped masturbating for 2 days and the redness went down a little bit. (No erections either). Will not masturbate for one more day and visit dermatologist after that. Hopefully everything will be ok and it will just be a friction rash due to thin skin or something.

As you said before. Just try to slow it down and keep it clean every time after masturbation.

i think i might have the same issue, what did they suggest for treatment ? does it go away once you abstain from sex or masturbating ? how do you prevent this ? and what causes it ?
