Red sore at the openning of the urethra

i have the red sore for over 2 months now , went to clinic and i was treated with ,Azithromycin, Flagyl and gentamicin shot too month ago.

i was not tested but the clinician thought it just a bacteria infection. I am experiencing discharge. sometime i have burning sensation in my testicles

but this seem not to go away, any help what it could be

    You need to continue to work with the clinician that was treating you until this is resolved ....

      Thanks for your reply, the clinician keeps on advising that it will resolve on its own.

      But now it is over three months, but still experiencing it.

      is there any remedy i can try from the counter.

      This is one of the areas on the body where you should NEVER try applying anything that was not directed to you by a medical professional

      The next step would be to see a specialist, and that would be a Urologist

    Did you get a urine culture done to rule out the bacterial infection?

    Testicle pain is mostly related to epididymitis.

    Any swelling or other symptoms?

      No any swelling and currently no any pain, went for several std tests all came out negative. no pain. The red patch still exist on one side of the meatus opening with frequent irritation. If was once given Cipro and after taking i get a good relief but it keeps on coming back

    After taking cipro the condition has improved.
