Red spots on penis head

Not sure what this could be. I am married I am 100% she is faithful also I haven't been stepping out. Started seeing red spots on my penis after sex or masturbation they weren't accompanied by any other systems so no  itching burning or pain of any kind. I did go see my GP a few days ago and he told me that it was most likely a form of yeast that had/is causing the irritation. And was told to get miconazole cream and apply twice daily for about five days. It has worked fairly well.  But today while the wife was away I was masturbating and once finished and cleaned up I noticed the red spots were flairing up again. Idk if maybe I was supposed to lay off sex/masturabation for a bit longer or what so of course I'm freaking out a hit here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your doctor diagnosed candidal balanitis, in which case these links may help:

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream.  Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.

If you're diabetic, or taking antibiotics for anything that can affect things too.

If you want to add a pic, you need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

Sorry about the delay here are some pics to show what I'm talking about. One is before and the other is after masturbating. Again thanks to all that are helping me.

That looks like balanitis or male thrush to me.  You shouldn't need to stop masturbating or having sex, but just make sure to wash afterwards, even if it's late at night and you'd rather just go to sleep.  You should probably tell your wife if you didn't already, as this is the sort of thing that ping pongs between partners, and women get thrush a lot more often than men.

Thank you very much she already knows about it. Told her after noticing.
