Hi, this does look like Balanitis - How long have these been present / persistent on your penis?  In the meant time - if you are sexually active it is best to practice precautionary barrier methods or abstain from sexual intercourse until the spots clear up.  Here is the link to the Balanitis information on this Patient website: -

I had it too. But not that much. Its not itchy or something and gone for a while after masturbation. Thanks

You know what to check out?  Only by eliminating the potential causes will you stop this from happening.  This is very common in males and the impact is exacerbated due to the friction involved during masturbation.  If you want to check out the various causes start with the balanitis web pages, read through all the detail and the 'how to treat the condition' in particular:

Hello rise, I have no Medical background whatsoever - so I would not be able to advise you at all on your test results - you will need to do that with those who are medical professionals.

I have not heard of tacroz so I don't know what that is a treatment for.  Just checking, was it the dermatologist that prescribed this?

Hi Guys. I've been searching the internet all day. I has unprotected sex with a lady 4 times last Saturday night and Sunday. She was on her period. Now I have these little red spots like in the picture although not as many.

I don't know if I should go to the std doctor. I don't think it's chlamydia or a yeast infection because I've had them before nd there is usually some discharge. I thought balanitis was a bad thing and I have washed my penis every day since. I'm really stuck did anyone get to a.doctor? What did they say?

matt29093, if you are really stuck, start by checking the link at the bottom to see how much of it is familiar.  I hope you are washing your penis with water only - and, if you are uncircumcised you need to draw your foreskin forward to protect your glans from any chemical (soap, shower gel, etc) each time you shower.  Every time you wash you will only get real benefit from it you ensure you are 100% dry, use a towel, toilet paper or paper tissue.

Watch out for changes in your condition, it worsening, and / or other symptoms appearing on the glans or foreskin / tip of the main shaft of skin of the penis.  If you think you have something serious going on, visit a Doctor, Sexual Health Service and start a new discussion forum thread on this site ......

It would be best if you can get to a Specialist Sexual Health Service such as at a Hospital or a city center Walk-in Service .... or other wise get a referral from your Regular Doctor ....

You need to use condoms if you have sex before you get this sorted, both for your sake and the health of your sex partner(s) too ......

      Hi Xavier,

Did you find any treatment for this condition you have? I have something nearly identical. No pain or anything just small bumps. Do you live in a cold area? Do you shower often? Are you circumcised?
