Red spots on penis no itching

Hi Every one,

Can some some  clarify if the photos shows signs of yeast infections or balantis or herpes or something else? Please advice.

    I have the same issue here and I not sexually active as I am still a virgin however I do masturbate. I had this before but it would normally goes out after a few days last year. RIGHT Now is a different story it is currently 3 days and still red patches without itching, no smell odor, no discharge just patches... I'll abstain for 1 month we'll see if there is still then time for me to check it up..

      Aldrew, you know about not washing with soap, and drying straight afterwards? Also, whenever you are sexually aroused, produce pre-cum, or you have actually ejaculated you need to remove all traces of this from the head and foreskin area of your penis as this can lead to real problems. The worst scenario is that you masturbate and cum, then fall asleep with ejaculate in between the foreskin and head of the penis, and it remains there all night! The best approach is to check for further leaks of ejaculate several times within up to half an hour after you have made yourself cum .....

      So. abstaining for a month would be good - then put the practice I suggest in place ....

    I'am going desperate. Just not like hell because I try not to think of it. in 2 years i've been to several medics. done blood analysis, urine ETC, seen dermathologists with DST specialities.

    Nothing, all of them say its some hydration problem, and the exams show no signal of what it is!!!

    But like you all, after some relations without condom with gf, (which i trust and does blood samples too) I start noticing things that i cant even say in english, darker stains, i tried canesten, creams do make it go away, the red dots.

    But the skin has always been dry and the little tiny red spots are there always, and the SKIN looks old, dry, like it wants to come off but doesnt. She had fungus at the time so i thought it was that, I never did FLUCONAZOL though, should I try antibiotics even if tests and the doctors ive been say its not needed?!!! I have the impression i know as much as those MEDICS, and iam waiting for a urologist consult but idk I think he will just take the money and tell me the same.

    the gland is usually just different than before you know?! either more red in general, or dry/skin like it got too much sun, or little red dots, or wider darker signals that go away.

    She did had HPV though. but supposedly that doesn't make this...

    I really need to believe all is normal but even porn penises remind me how mine WAS...

    I had the same red dots. It could be early signs of yeast infection. You can't be using body wash to clean it. I recommend for you to use Ivory Soap from now on. Don't use any creams on a daily basis. The glans is really sensitive. It should go away after a week, but just make sure to keep washing it. Especially after sex. Don't wait until it's too late. You can find that soap in walmart or walgreens.

    I have the same thing happening. i just noticed these spots about a week ago. It not hurt i have been cleaning with warm water everyday but doest seem like anything has changed. I have a doctors appointment coming up. image

    I have the same bumps. They come after masturbate and sex. I've tested for STI and the result was negative, not sure what cure them and what causes them to pop up again. Balanitis is not a STI so not contagious. I thinking about using coconut oil. Not sure if it will help but I heard that coconut oil helps fighting bacteria. If any of you know a solution, then please help brothers out.

    i have the same problem?!? has anyone figured out what it is? I had oral sex from my girlfriend and they started showing up. Im going to go get tested this week, but they dont hurt or anything the spots are just there.

      i have the same thing and been having it for a while it comes and goes.

      my docotor thought it was some kind of infection and that the recommenadwtion was to clean it really often
