Redness, irritation and bumps on glans

Hey folks. I have posted here before. For the last six months i have been dealing with redness, irritation, and little bumps on the top of my glans. Been to regular doctor, urologist, and two derms. each one said it looked normal but i know it is not how my glans looked a few months ago and it keeps getting worse. I just went to the derm last week and he said it was dermatitis/eczema. he prescribed a topical steroid which im using starting tonight. i am also going to use aveeno eczema therapy lotion. i figured i would create a new post with a photo from tonight since it looked awful after the shower. I am hoping this new combo will work, only going to use the steroid for a few days. Hopefully it will work and maybe this can help someone else as well because i understand how depressing this can be. imageimageimage

    hey william i know its an old thread but i am suffering from the same. did u ever found out what it was and how to treat it??
