I have adverse side effects to drugs. I tried Lyrica for 2 months and my system could not tolerate it. I have many drug allergies.
Can anyone recommend a topical treatment and a vitamin supplement that has helped you?

i use a tropical gel. It has capsaicin 0.05 percent, 10 percent gabapentin, diclofenac 10 percent. It's pricey but helps to a certain degree.
I feel ur pain. Drugs and my tummy don't agree for the most part.
