    Hi there,

It will be over in a flash and won't hurt hardly at all. I cant believe the amount of people who wind themselves up about this little procedure. Once it is done you will forget it immediately and you will be happy not having to worry about the pin.

Hello everyone I’m new here I just had a hammertoe surgery five weeks ago and the pin just came out I was carefully taking off a pair of pants but it hooked it somehow and I ended up pulling it out. I go see the doctor on Friday I hope everything’s OK my foot still hurts a lot

Pin is out. Dr gave me a huge boot to wear for a few weeks. My toes are a little sore if I move them. But thats it for pain. Operation was eight weeks ago. In a few more days I will be able to walk with no crutches or knee walker. But I still have to wear the boot.

hi everyone, only two weeks left until my pins are being removed (3 in the left foot, 1 in the right foot) and I am extremely nervous for the day to come. I guess I have to find out for myself how much it will hurt to get them out. But what I really want to know is: what can I aspect afterwards. How long until I am able to walk "normal" again? When can I wear my fabulous shoes again haha? Are we talking about days, weeks or months?

    hope everyone is doing well!
