Reporting physical abuse of disabled people in social care

As a disabled person i have tried to report that i have been a abused and that the abuse has occurred in social care.

At every step I have failed.

Because this happened by staff at a housing association, the  Social Services in my area will not get involved.

The police tell me that part of the abuse is classified as a civil matter as it invilves a housing association.

Even my own MP has tried to conceal the events of what has occurred so who can i turn to next for help?

Every. charity appears to just exist to pass the victim out leaflets or to another organisation who does the same.

So WHO is out there listening when disabled people are experiencing ill treatment.  Who is there to help?

for civil matters, it requires money to pay lawyers to fight the case and also should you win or lose what the court awards you or the other parties.  So it is a gamble and you will need evidence and proof of the assault.  You have reported the issue so it should not happen again.  Just keep an eye on things and report things if you have evidence and reliable witnesses to back it up.

Oops reply to starfire,When I am being abused I ask the person doing it why they are doing it. Listen to their explanation. Make sure they don't have a legitimate complaint too. Do they work with dimentia patients too where they might be getting attacked. Talk to the people doing It and their friends. Why are you so secretive about what kind of abuse it is. We've heard it all.

If you have heard it all then im surprised you are so insensitive or even need to ask why i dont write of it in detail.
