Request for Forum User Feedback

Hello,

We recognise that recent changes to the forums have not worked for all users. Therefore, we are now planning an update to improve users experience of the forums. As part of this we are requesting that you please add your requests or ideas that are your highest priorities as a reply to this discussion.

Once we receive a suitable number of suggestions we will put these into a survey where users can then vote for the change(s) they would most like to see in the update. Once we have the results we will do the required changes and share these with you for any comments before we release to the site to ensure we have got it right.

There are some things we cannot do such as removal of ads as they fund the site, reinstate emails for every post and reversion to old format of the site. All other constructive suggestions to improve the forums will be considered.

While we may not be able to do everything that is suggested in this update we will take note of users input in deciding priorities.

    Good morning

    I have been on here over 7 years and it was great. The last year it has not been that good. I like it when we were able to get the email sent to us. Now you have to check back and fort. I use to enjoy going on this site. I have tried to help many on here and have made friends that I still talk to over the year. Glad that they have my email.

    Can we get that back and what about private messages will that ever come back.

    Has the option to receive private messages been removed? Maybe there are security / safeguarding issues with this?

      We have not been able to private message anyone for the last 2 month's. I wish they would fix the problem.

    hi i am new to this website i tried yo post two times but non of my posts showed, may i ask how to pass the moderator's screening? im so concern about my own condition and wanna ask a question 😢

      Any posts that contain images go for moderation. Your initial post was approved yesterday but it looks like you edited it so it was sent back to moderation. It has now been approved and is here
