Resource for getting over mono

Posted , 4 users are following.

I recently came across a group of doctors who are researching ebv and possibly making a vaccine for it. This guide below has a specific diet for mono which when i started it i felt i had a little more energy. I also found on this guide that some anti virals could help against chronic mono. Please comment if any of these things have worked for you

    Hi G,

That sounds encouraging that they are working to develop a vaccine for EBV - if they could get a breakthrough for this it would take so many people's suffering and difficult times with this virus away, so I really hope that they can find the right formula that can work and be safe for people.

Hope that the diet for mono is helping, that sounds interesting too will have a look at the link. I don't have any experience of taking anti-virals or anything so difficult for me to comment on that, but I know some other folks on the site have tried these so hoping they can offer some helpful advice on their experience of that.

Hang in there - remember you will get through this and this thing does get better, it can take time but you will get there truly I believe that, trusting God!
