    Dear Joy,

That sucks, doesn'it ?  I am about the same post-op from 2nd THR surgery and at times feel discouraged -  -

How is your other, unoperated leg, holding up?  The problem is that the alternative is what??? a wheelchair ... and pain -

I hope that you don't take this the wrong way, but you sound a bit harsh toward yourself ... -

told you that you are a wuss???

be gentle and kind to yourself Joy --- relax your body -

and please, come back anytime - share all your frutrations, rant and etc.

big warm hug, all is well, seriously

    renee

I speak from experience, when so many things go wrong get the op logs, find out exactly what went on, get a second by second timeline in that op theatre, get legal representation, obviously the kind that specializes in medical malpractice. Most of all remember the doctors work for the hospital and the hospital has much more power than you (unless you're the Queen, I apologize in advance if I address her majesty incorrectly, I'm American) and can take their licence to practice faster than you I think. Think like a crime show but much more important obviously because it's real and you could end up like me, with life long complications. Get help, if you are wrong you can always apologize. I don't know how you are accustomed to living but this could shorten your working lifetime and severely diminish your retirement income (like me). You can be a nice person after this, now, protect yourself and loved ones first.
