Right Ribcage pain

Perimenopause gave me a break for a week but back with pain and discomfort under right breast ribcage . Im also having muscle tightening in my back, both ribcage and and back are painful at times. Has anyone else experience this?

    Hi Mary, i am so glad i have seen this been having random strange rib cage pains , i am not sure its my bones or skin or behind the ribs. I get it left, then right , sometimes back and sometimes front. I try to ignore it but, my anxiety kicks in. I have occasional spasms in the long muscles in my back but, not often.
