Scared of HPV warts, pics. Help please

i have zero idea if this has looked like this forever, or if its something new. and my anxiety isnt letting me calm down over it.

its the spot near my urethra. i genuinely cant tell if its a flat wart forming? or just the way the skin is. theres no pain, itching, discharge. nothing.

honest feeling is thats just how the skin is. but theres not a lot of resources for what a wart looks like at the start. any advice would be greatly appreciated
