I am new to Selincro, this will be my 7th tablet tonight, I take it two hours before I drink.
I am told to continue with this routine as I am and I will enemy ally cut down - as well as practicing some mindful drinking and having some support from this forum, plus a alcohol centre near me.
I have only managed to cut down to 13 units a day thus far, but considering I was a drinking 16-20 units a night I am with the progress so far and will continue with the treatment. Some of the side effects were a little unpleasant at first and although they haven't completely gone yet, they have eased off a great deal.
This is just my experience, but I hope it helps.
