Sensitive teeth

I have noticed in the last week that my teeth have become sensitive, I have always brushed with sensodyn toothpaste. I have noticed it because the weather is cold that my teeth really hurt. I know it is not my teeth, as I had seen the dentist and the hygienist at the beging of December. 

I am on 11mg of Prednisolone, does anyone else have this problem, is it the Pred that is causing this problem.  Thank you.

    Thank you for mentioning this. I’ve just noticed sensitive teeth over the last couple of weeks and wondered why I’d suddenly developed sensitive teeth. I’m also on 11mg Prednisolone. I hadn’t thought that it could be due to the steroids or PMR. I’ve got dodgy teeth anyway and just thought they’d got more dodgy!

    I've had sensitive teeth for a very long time but have noticed they seem better (not perfect) now that I take calcium and Vitamin K2 supplements.  I think pred can speed up gum recession too, which doesn't help.
