Day 7 and feeling very nauseaus , no appetite, anxiety and I would like to give this med a fair shot as there are some good stories out there.  I am on 25 mg the lowest dose as I am very sensitive to antidepressants.  Anyone can give me any positive thoughts to hang in there?  is this a normal start up?  thanks!

How are tou all doing? Started 50 mg on nov 25 and continued 14 days - was feeling so sick. Upped to 100 mg for two days but returned to 50 mg because if even more side effects. Psychiatrist told me to stop. Did this for 2 days and then took 12.5 mg yesterday and 25 mg today.

    Will things get better?

I am doing well. It takes time. I am still not 100% but alot better then I was in September. It can take several months with this drug but it is worth it.

      Hang in there!! 😊

It takes a while! The side effects are pretty much gone. Still a little ringing in my ears. I can deal with that.

I started in September at 25mg after 6 days went to 50mgs and 4 weeks later I had to go up to 75mg. I was so full of anxiety and panic it was horrible. I couldn't leave my house without having an attack. I ended up in the hospital with a severe panic attack. I had just started the med. They found out that I am low on potassium and that help trigger my episodes. Anxiety did get worse before it got better. I had alot of side effects but it does work so hang in there.

I am able to go out in public and go shopping on my own and not have someone do it for me and I don't feel like every little pain that I get I am dying anymore. It is a great feeling.
